IngredientsPork (71%), prawn (12%), pastry, Chinese mushroom, potato starch, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, sesame oil, white pepper, flavour enhancer (E621). Round pastry: flour, gluten, eggs, potassium carbonate, water, salt, permitted colouring.
Cooking instructionsFrom frozen: Remove all packaging. Place Siu-Mai on steaming tray. Steam in high heat for 12-15 minutes.
